Flat belt conveyor GF-80-M

The GF-80-M is a flat belt conveyor on which the belt is carried in a trough. Hence the material that is being conveyed is kept in the middle of the belt.

This conveyor is particularly suitable for smaller bulk material.

The frame of the GF-80-M is built with 80 mm high steel profiles that are provided with 9 mm holes at 30 mm intervals. Accessories and add-on pieces can be mounted on these holes by using M8 bolts. Hence, the GF-80-M can be easily adapted for various applications.

The model shown in the picture is fitted with two double supports. These supports provide stability and their height and gradient can still be adjusted. An H-support can be used for smaller models up to a length of 1,500 mm and a width of 400 mm.

Technical Specifications and Accessories:

Belt widths:
1100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1100, 1200, 1300 and 1400 mm. Intermediate lengths are possible upon request.

Distance between axes / length:
750 to 18,000 mm. All intermediate lengths are possible.

Drive with constant belt speed:
v = approx. 6,1 / 11,4 / 17,1 / 22,8 / 34,2 or 48,8 m/min.
Other belt speeds are possible on request. Connection for 220/240 - 380/415 V, 50 Hz. Protection type IP 54. This drive can be supplied together with a motor protection switch incorporating an emergency off. It has a 2 metre supply cable and CEE plug and is of protection type IP 54.

Drive with infinitely adjustable belt speed:
v = approx. 2,4-8,5 / 4,6-16,0 / 6,8-23,9 / 9,1-31,9 / 13,7-47,9 or 19,5-68,4 m/min.
Other belt speeds are possible on request. The drive is supplied together with a frequency regulator that is ready to be plugged to 240V 50 Hz and has a protection type of IP 65. The frequency controller incorporates a digital motor protection switch.

Geared motor position:
Pulling below the belt or at its side, on the left or right.

Total belt load:
Standard is of 70 kg. Higher loads are possible on request.
